This wasn’t your typical corporate project—and that’s exactly how G7 wanted it.
A marketing and event agency rooted in the music industry, their new space needed to match the energy and personality of the team behind the work. Think monthly jam sessions, artist listening parties, and a whole lot of color.
Set in a renovated industrial building with exposed steel, concrete floors, and plenty of charm, the design had to match the vibe—creative, unexpected, and totally functional. ORI partnered with EOA Architects to select furnishings that felt vibrant, thoughtful, and aligned with the team’s fast-paced, creative rhythm.
Type: Creative Office
Location: Nashville, TN
Partners: EOA Architects
Year: 2024
Scope: 20,000 Sq. Ft. | 2 Floors
What Made This Space Work:
Unobstructed division: clear zones without traditional panels
Bold product choices that met the budget
Flexibility for jam sessions, brainstorms, and deep work
“This process can be really overwhelming, but ORI helped us find really unique pieces that were in our budget and made sure we achieved our design objectives. We’ve been in our new offices for almost a year now, and the space still gives me the feel-good energy every morning that I walk in the door.”
— Neely Tabor, Senior Director, Creative Strategy, G7
From the start, openness was key. The team didn’t want anything that felt like a traditional cubicle—but they still needed separation for focused group work. ORI helped strike the right balance, using low-profile panels and flexible layouts that support collaboration without closing anyone off.
Throughout the space, there are moments that feel more like a lounge than an office—warm orange seating in the café nook, custom wallpaper, layered textures, and pops of unexpected color that bring energy into every room. The pièce de résistance? A stage-ready setup with instruments, lighting, and seating for monthly jam sessions.
