When Bluegrass Ingredients set out to create their new headquarters, they wanted more than just a workspace—they envisioned a space that would reflect their Kentucky roots while showcasing their growth and innovation.
Located in the historic Mariah Moore House, their headquarters combines the charm of its 1818 origins with the functionality of a modern office. ORI partnered with Bluegrass Ingredients and Swope Design to ensure every element of the space aligned with their mission and values.

Every detail at Bluegrass Ingredients, from the custom blue furniture to the open collaboration zones, reflects their brand and celebrates a culture of innovation and craftsmanship.
“The newly established Corporate Headquarters for Bluegrass Ingredients is a modern showcase for all things ORI.
The ORI delivery and installation team worked diligently during the initial installation and in the weeks following, until every detail was perfect. Bluegrass Ingredients is always extremely proud to welcome our customers and other visitors inside of our modernistic, aesthetically pleasing, beautiful new office and to hear their rave reviews. ORI did a fantastic job for us, and the proof is in the finished product.”

Custom blue furnishings tie the environment to their brand, while modular walls and ergonomic workstations provide flexibility and comfort for their growing team. Open collaboration areas encourage innovation and connectivity, while the fully equipped test kitchen offers a hands-on space for developing food ingredient solutions. Repurposed elements from the building’s restaurant days—like German-imported tabletops transformed into conference tables—preserve the building’s story and add a personal touch.
